Frank is a family law and civil litigator with more than two decades of courtroom experience. Before law school, Frank was a member of the United States Air Force (1990-1994). During law school, Frank served as the Editor-in-Chief of his law school’s Law Review and graduated second in his class. He also taught the Federal Rules of Evidence as an adjunct law professor.
Frank has handled family law matters statewide, including on appeal, and has handled civil matters in Arizona’s state and federal courts. Frank also handles civil appeals and has argued or handled cases in Arizona’s Court of Appeals, Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit United States Court of Appeals.
