Biography

Jess A. Lorona is a partner at Lorona Mead, PLC, in Phoenix, Arizona.  He has been practicing law for 35 years and is licensed in all Arizona courts as well as federal courts situated in the District of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. Lorona is also licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Lorona’s practice areas include Criminal Defense (Felonies and Misdemeanors); Personal Injury Litigation; Auto Accidents; Wrongful Death; DUI Defense; Appellate Practice/Civil & Criminal Appellate Matters; Post Conviction Relief; Civil Litigation; Defense of Teachers and Nurses and Defense of City of Phoenix Police Officers, Phoenix Law Enforcement Association (PLEA).
